Peri-Winks’ most important product is outstanding customer service, which includes safe-guarding our customers’ privacy. Consequently, we will not share personal information that we collect from our customers with any other business or person. We will not sell such information under any circumstances. We will contact you by telephone only when it is necessary in order to fill and ship your order.

In order to provide a safe & secure environment in which business can be transacted, sensitive information such as customer’s name, address, telephone number and credit card numbers are only transmitted via our secure website link at This link encrypts the information being transmitted to prevent such data from being inadvertently or fraudulently received by anyone not affiliated with Peri-Winks.

Payment Methods
Peri-Winks accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as Pay Pal. For in stock items, your account is charged the day your order ships. Special orders will be charged upon receipt of the order. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation and tracking information by email.

Sales Tax
Merchandise shipped to any address within California will be subject to the applicable sales tax. (Currently, 7.75%)

All orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped 1-2 business days after the order is placed. No orders are shipped on Saturday and Sunday. Our standard shipping method in the 48 contiguous States and APO/FPO is UPS Ground or U.S. Priority Mail. The shipping charge varies with your purchase amount. (Please see the table below.) Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery from Central California.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final after 14 days. Our 14-day return or exchange policy is for regular priced items in their original un-worn condition, in the original package with tags still attached. Credit will only be issued for items meeting these requirements. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number. A RMA number may be requested up to 14 days from the purchase date by contacting When an RMA number is issued, it will be valid for 7 days; therefore, you must return the merchandise promptly to ensure that it reaches us within the 7 day period for which the RMA number is valid. Once the returned items are received, inspected and found to be in compliance with our return policy, according to your preference, we will credit the card used to purchase the item or issue a store credit. Exchanges for other merchandise may also be requested.

At times, and at our discretion, we may accept returns past the 14 day period. However, a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged. A 25% re-stocking fee will also be charged for any package that is returned to us because it was refused by the intended recipient.
